Ingredients

Brownie

  • 200g Dark Chocolate
  • 100g Unsalted Butter
  • 2pcs Egg
  • 1pcs Egg yolk
  • 60g Sugar
  • 50g Low Protein Flour
  • 100g Nuts of your choice

Steps

Brownie

  1. Bake nuts for 10 minutes first
  2. Melt chocolate with butter
  3. Mix egg with sugar until sugar dissolves
  4. Slowly pour chocolate into egg
  5. Mix with flour (ok to not sift)
  6. Mix with nuts
  7. Bake in 180C for 15 minutes
