Ingredients
Brownie
- 200g Dark Chocolate
- 100g Unsalted Butter
- 2pcs Egg
- 1pcs Egg yolk
- 60g Sugar
- 50g Low Protein Flour
- 100g Nuts of your choice
Steps
Brownie
- Bake nuts for 10 minutes first
- Melt chocolate with butter
- Mix egg with sugar until sugar dissolves
- Slowly pour chocolate into egg
- Mix with flour (ok to not sift)
- Mix with nuts
- Bake in 180C for 15 minutes
